www.camera-obscura.org is a digital library on the history photographic techniques. Several thousand books public domain will be available soon online for free with the possibility of advanced research directly in the book content.

Born of a cooperation between different institution, the virtual library is coordinated by the Centre de Conservation du Livre.

Any institution or individual interested in the database can join the project and add documents on the topic covered by Camera Obscura virtual library.
